Additionally included in this recent image drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend labelling distinct areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.
